hmm, well, i forgot to post that we got back to vancouver on monday. im behind in my photo editing and posting, so i havent gotten around to much yet about posting about my trip. im hoping this weekend will let me get around to that.
In Israel
I landed in israel yesterday safe and sound. i got in about 5:30 am, after having slept on the plane for 5 hours. so i was sorta rested. but noa was half asleep when she picked me up.
other than Heathrow being a shitty airport to spend 10h in, i had a good trip i suppose.
yesterday we went and had brunch, with all kinds of tasty little dishes. then we lounged around the house the rest of the evening. i took a 1h nap to tide me over, updated 2 computers to snow leopard, and generated some hdr’s that im gonna post.
today were headed to Haifa. gonna recreate some shots ive taken there before, but in HDR form this time. sweet.

Danny and Stacey
I had the pleasure of doing an engagement shoot for my friend danny, and his fiancee stacey last weekend. We met at crab park, which is on the water with a very pleasant view of north van and downtown. it was a very sunny day with a lot of haze in the air.
we worked hard to avoid the direct sunlight, and to get the breeze to work in our favor. I had a lot of fun, and im quite pleased with the results.
now, i couldn’t do this without trying an hdr or two. they were really good sports about it, and i think the one of them turned out quite nice. theres always a 50/50 chance with people and HDR that it wont turn out.
