Decided to go to seattle for the weekend with friends of ours, mel and jeff.
so, here we are. the plan is to eat lots of good food. so far, we hit the farmers market at the university for some amazing strawberries, and then a place called serious pie, a pizza place.

I took a bonsai class at Sunny Bonsai last weekend. a great 2h class for beginners. i learned lots, and had a blast.
so, i got a few starter seedling tree’s, to learn some things. and i had dug up a hazelnut tree seedling a few weeks , and i wanted to try to bonsai it also.
so, here we go.
