i was looking for an hdmi cable the other day, so i thought i would look at futureshop to see if i could get one cheap, and i was flabbergasted when i found them. 160 bucks for a cable! do they include a solid brick of gold?

heres me not impressed at the price

so i came back to the office, and checked out some sites online that i had heard of before, and i found this site, monoprice.com

grand total? 7 bucks, rounding up. so i picked up 2 more cables, and the shipping actually cost me as much as the 3 cables.

from what ive gathered online, for cable runs under 10 feet, there is no difference between what type of digital cable you are using.

outrageous that the big stores charge so much.

Well, the big birthday bash went down on saturday. there were 6 kegs flowing, lots of people showed up, and it was a great success , despite the snowstorm which took vancouver over the weekend!
