Extended travel plans

I’m sitting in an airplane leaving tel aviv again. we are headed on our extended summer vacation, that starts off with Calgary and a wedding, driving through the Rockies, visiting the island and cortez, extended stays in vancouver, trips to Seattle and Portland, and finally a drive down the west coast to San Fran. From there it’s 4 days in frankfurt, and 5 days in London. It’s currently 5 am. We got up at 2 in order to get here. So far, we have stood…

leaving tuscany, we had nice cloudy weather.  so as we were packing up and getting ready to go, took a few last photos. Perugia

The last full day in tuscany, we visited Perugia in Umbria.  it too is on a side of a hill, but since its the capital of the region, its well organized to move people around.  there is a mini-metro, which i was super excited to see, and did not get to.  only bummer of the trip.  but there is also a huge set of underground escalators that take you up to the top of the hill, through old underground tunnels, which is super cool. so…
