Well,
it was a fun filled weekend. in the end, i didint even do what i was planning, which was to walk around the strip at night and take pictures. ohh well, i did get some though. nothing too crazy, and mostly focused on rafer and hepler, as, well, they are characters.
speaking of rafer. hes off on his month long jaunt in europe. he has set up a blog at raferbabble.blogspot.com/. you should go check him out. also, i encourage you to read rafers write up of vegas, he writes better than i ever could, but remember, its rafer. the stories are not for the faint of heart. so, read at your own risk.
ohh, one other housekeeping item. dan is back in Guatemala. im not sure if hes planning on blogging at this moment, but ill let you know if he does. (note: he is)
k, now, back to pictures.
so, one of the highlights for myself was the hofbrauhouse. its a german restaurant, with a band, liter beers, and my favorite foods. alas, the wiener schnitzel was pork, but we cant fault them that. anywho, we got right into it as soon as we sat down.
some of the guys entered the stein holding competition. rafer was looking forward to it all week. sadly, he slammed 2 beers back before it even started, and well, he was outclassed by some of dan’s friends. anyways, it was down to 3 people, dan, mark and the buffon in the weird hat. dan being too good natured “we feel”, let a little bit of beer spill, and dropped out. we think he could of kept it up though. anyways, so down to mark and the clown guy, and mark held his own pretty good, but then his arm caved. so, it was a good show and fun times. we didint win, but ohh well.
it was great to see marko too, he came out for less than 24 hours. somehow, we found our way to a texas restaurant that marko knows, and ate there. all you can eat BBQ. yum. we did not fare well though, only managed to eat one plate, to rafers chagrin.

and we will wrap up with a pciture of us lounging in marko’s suite. we managed to fill it up with smoke, since there was like no ventilation in those rooms, and my camera!! still smells smokey. rafer dominated the story telling.
so, overall, had a great experience, i think. there were some high’s, and low’s, as any bachelor party should. it was awesome to get to hang with green for so long, we haven’t really got to spend much time together in the last few years. i did not get much sleep, but i think i probably got more than some of the guys. my only regret is that i did not get to show rafer and dan the cool side of vegas, as in going into some of the pretty amazing hotels. we pretty much only saw the wynn and a few others. sadly, i doubt ill ever get that chance, since its unlikely those 2 will go there again.
anyways, still totally worth it. and i still have an epic picture that im working on that i will get around to posting soon.
